2008 Skip Brush Tournaments

TOURNAMENT:
Round Robin, three games guaranteed plus a championship game for each division. Games are scheduled Friday evening through Sunday. We are trying to make this a fun, competitive tournament. NO ELITE TEAMS please. Only enter your teams at its true level. There will be four (4) teams at each level.

ENTRANCE FEE:
$800.00 per team (US $)
(note: There are no admission charges or other fees!)

ROSTERS:
Please return application with fee and roster no later than January 1, 2008. No spot will be confirmed without payment in full.

AWARDS:
Team and Individual Awards for 1st and 2nd place teams.

The tournament fills on a first come first served basis. Please reserve your teams place in this tournament as soon as possible by calling or emailing the tournament registrar!

2008 TOURNAMENT GUIDELINES and REQUESTS

  • There will be four (4) teams in each division.
  • Upon arrival at the rink, coaches must report to the Registration Table for verification of rosters as well as assignment of locker room. Passes for the tournament shall be provided for players, three coaches, and one manager.
  • All teams must be ready to play at their scheduled time; failure to do so shall mean forfeiture of the game.
  • The tournament committee shall decide on interpretation of all rules for tournament play.
  • Teams should bring their Home and Away jerseys to the tournament.
  • No player shall be eligible to register for more than one team.
  • We shall request that all teams be ready to play at the conclusion of the preceding game. We also request that you vacate your locker room no later than 1/2 hour after the completion of your game. All coaches shall be responsible for any damages to the locker room.
  • Ice will be resurfaced between second and third period of each game.
  • Games will follow USA Hockey rules and USA Hockey’s “ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY” will be strictly enforced. Coaches, players, parents and fans will be required to adhere to this policy at all times.
