Having 2 kids playing at different rinks in Plattsburgh at the same time, I found a back way between the rinks that is really quick.

From SUNY-Plattsburgh fieldhouse to Lake City Stars arena

1) From parking lot go Right onto Rugar Street
2) Right onto George Angell Drive
3) Right onto Waterhouse
4) Immediate Left onto LeBlanc Lane
5) Cross Route 22 to Elizabeth Street
6) Right onto Route 9 South
7) Right onto Sharron Avenue
8) Rink is on right

This way takes no more than 5 minutes!
