***TIME CHANGE: Clinic at UVM will start at 10:30am

NOTE 1: Required for post season regional play for Pee Wee and up. All clinics will have registration starting at 8am. The clinics will begin at 8:30am. Coffee and donuts will be provided.

NOTE 2: All Clinics will require on-ice participation by the instructors /coaches. REQUIRED EQUIPMENT: HELMET, SKATES, STICK, & GLOVES (elbow pads are recommended)

NOTE 3: Payment is required at registration. Make checks payable to USA HOCKEY.

Initiation Clinic – Each participant will be charged $25.00
Associate Clinic – Each participant will be charged $35.00
Intermediate Clinic – Each participant will be charged $45.00
Recertification – Each participant will be charged $20.00


USA HOCKEY COACHING EDUCATION CLINIC ATTENDANCE

1) Active coaches for the 2001/02 season are those accredited at the appropriate level in the 1999/2000, 2000/01, or 2001/02 clinic seasons. All others must attend the clinic(s) appropriate to the level that they will coach in the 2001/02 season.

2) PLEASE ARRIVE ON-TIME. Clinic registration starts at 8:00am with presentations starting at 8:30am.

3) All coaches having a previous Coaching Education level, must present their previous coaching education level card at clinic registration.

4) Signing of registration form and payment of the clinic fee must take place at the clinic site prior to the beginning of the clinic

No coach way be permitted to participate in any clinic activity unless he or she has completed a registration form and the clinic fee has been paid.

5) All coaches attending a clinic are required to have the following pieces of equipment: skates, sticks, gloves, elbow pads (recommended), and helmets.

Coaches who do not skate or have forgotten the proper equipment must sit in the stands or on the players benches during the on-ice activities.

6) All coaches are required to stay for the entire clinic. Anyone arriving 1/2 hour late or leaving before the end of the last session will not be issued a coaching card.

7) For clinic registration fees, please make checks payable to the USA HOCKEY.

8) Lost Coaching Education cards can be replaced through the State Coaching Director for a $5.00 replacement fee. The request must be in writing including proof of achievement level.
